-Hâ, Mîm
-Every being is a clear book.
-We have arranged the book of the universe in a way that is understandable. Perhaps you would thinkand understand.
-Surely, the book of the universe is from the main book that belongs to Us. It certainly carriesknowledge and wisdom.
-Is not your breathing in and out a remembrance of Us at every moment? Abandon your ignorance, inwhich you are of those who have exceeded the limits.
-Many people have come from among those before, who have informed the truths and told about Us.
-Let no one come to them who will inform them of the truths, lest they ridicule him.
-They remained in a state of violence and coercion. Thus, they were destroyed and passed away, andthose who were in such a state before have passed away.
-Surely, when you ask them: Who created the heavens and the earth, they will say: The Almighty, theAll-Knowing created.
-It is He who has arranged you and spread out the earth and created therein paths leading to thetruths. It is hoped that you would find the way to the truth.
-We sent down mercy from the sky in a measure. Thus, We gave life from the dead lands, andlikewise We have brought you into being.
-It is He who created all kinds and arranged you in a system and created all existence from His ownattributes.
-Be in the understanding of the unity of that manifest being, then ponder over the attributes of theOne who created you, and when you understand His unity in all existence, say: Glory be to You, Youcreated us and all things, and we have no power of our own.
-And indeed we say: We are in a state of change in our understanding of the One who created us.
-Indeed, man has disregarded the clear truths and has separated himself from His servitude and hasassociated others with Him.
-For what reason have they hesitated to ask for the creation of female children and preferred malechildren?
-When the good news of a female child, which they attribute to the Most Merciful, is given to oneof them, his face darkens, becomes like a shadow and he becomes angry.
-Is the one who is brought up in the perception of the attributes like the one who is not on the proofsand who is in dispute?32819-They have attributed femaleness to the angels, the servants of the Most Merciful. Have theywitnessed the creation and have they seen what is written? Question and investigate to understand thetruth.
-They said: If the Most Merciful had willed, we would not have worshipped them. They have noknowledge of it, they are only those who act in their own interests.
-Or did they understand and perceive the whole book of existence that We have presented to them inthis way?
-On the contrary, they said: We found our forefathers on a path of belief and we will follow theirguidance and their customs.
-And let there not be before you one who would explain and warn the people of the towns, whowould then follow their own knowledge, so that those who would follow their own knowledge wouldsay: We found our forefathers on a path of belief and we will not deviate from their guidance.
-And the One who showed the truth said: Should I inform you of a path of truth that has come toyou from your forefathers, better than what you have found from them, so that you would not deviatefrom it? They said: We will not accept what you have revealed to us.
-So, they were deprived of understanding Our blessings. So see what was the end of those who liedagainst the truth.
-And Abraham said to his father and his people: I am free from what you worship.
-He is the One who created me and all that exists and guides me.
-He left with them the word that is permanent for those who will come after them, so that they mayunderstand the truth and turn back.
-Rather, they sought a benefit. The truth was presented to them and to their fathers, and theMessenger came to them, making it clear.
-And when the truth was presented to them, they said, “This is deception and we will not accept it.”
-And they said, “If only this recitation had come to a noble person known to all the towns!”
-Do they distribute the mercy of the Lord? We have distributed their needs among them in full, thatthey may live in the worldly life, and We have made them different so that they may help each other,so that they do not mock each other and that they may be in the mercy of the Lord, and that they maygather in what is good.
-Although We have arranged people in a unity, with similar characteristics, they have not been inthe realities of unity. They have not been in the exaltation of the world of the heart, in theirpurification, and in the understanding of the Sublime ranks that are above them, but they have becomeof those who conceal the realities of the Most Merciful.
-Let them search for the realities within their bodies and rely on the realities they have reached, andthen they should act.
-The beauties that appear and all these are not of any benefit for the life of this world. Those whoguard themselves from evil and do not associate partners with Allah will eventually reach the realitiesof their Lord.
-Whoever turns away from the remembrance of the Most Merciful; he remains in those evil states,so, he is close to those states.
-Surely, those who are in these states are far from the path of truth, and they think that they are onthe right path.
-When he begins to understand us, he says: I wish those bad situations were as far away from me asthe distance between the east and the west, so I would be close to the bad things.
-When you are in bad situations, it would not benefit you. You would surely share in their troubles.
-Can you make those who do not hear hear the truths hear? Or can you guide those who do not seethe truths and are in clear error?
-After this, those who are in those situations and do not understand Us will be deprived of theperception of the truths. Except those who seek to be pure from among you.
-Or those who are upon Our light. We are the Owner of their manifestations, We are the Owner oftheir power.
-So, hold fast to what has been revealed to you. You are indeed on the straight path of truth.
-Surely, understanding and remembering those truths is for you and for your people and for thosewho ask about them.
-And search among those who came before you to explain Our truths, have We created other deitiesto be worshipped besides the Most Merciful?46-Moses, indeed, came to Pharaoh and his clerics to explain Us with Our proofs. Then he said: I havecome to explain Him who created all creation.
-When he came to them with Our proofs, they laughed and mocked him there.
-They could not understand Our light in Our proofs. They too, like the others, became arrogant anddid not understand Us, but clung to their own ignorance, which caused them distress. It is hoped thatthose in that state would return to understand the truths.
-They said: O You who are effective in your recitals! Pray for us from your Lord a word from You,so that we may be guided.
-But whenever Our truths are made clear, they are troubled, then they break their promise.51-And Pharaoh called to his people and said: O my people! Am I not the ruler of Egypt? Am I not awise person in my position? Do you not see?
-Or am I not better than that worthless one who has no indication?
-Should he not have had ornaments of gold to show his worth and status, or should he not havecome with his powers?
-So, he made his people look down on the truth, so they followed him. Indeed, they becametransgressors.
-Then, they did not regret not understanding Us, so they were deprived of understanding Ourblessings in them, so they drowned in ignorance of not understanding Us.
-And We made what the former did a sign for the latter.
-When he related an example from the son of Mary, your people opposed what was said.
-They said: Are our deities better, or He? No one tries to describe Him, no one describes Himexcept you. They are those who are hostile to themselves.
-He was only a servant who described Our attributes in himself, and We made him an example forthose who follow the truth.
-If you want to understand Us, then look at the powers within you and those who follow you in theearth.
-Surely, the manifestation of wisdom is for a certain period of time. So, do not doubt them andfollow Me, that is the path to the truth.
-Let not your satanic states prevent you from the truth. Indeed, they are your clear enemies.
-When Jesus had explained the truths with clear proofs, he said: I have come to you with wisdom tomake clear to you that which you differ in. So, beware of evil, do not associate others with Allah, andlisten to my words.
-Surely, Allah is the One who created me and the One who created you. So, understand that you areHis servants. This is the straight path.
-There is loss for those who are divided and oppressed, and spend their days causing trouble toothers.
-Do they not understand that the time of death will come suddenly? But they did not realize.
-Those who fear evil and associate others with Allah are at enmity with one another and spend theirdays in that state.
-O you who understand your servitude! There is no fear for you, nor will there be sorrow.
-Those who understand your servitude believe in Our revelations and are at peace.
-You will have peace, and those who are with you will have peace of mind.
-Those who are in that state; they act to present sacred values, they have no attachments, their heartsare pure, they have no worldly desires in their inner worlds and there is peace in their eyes. It is said tothem: You are always in those states.
-This is the peace you deserve for what you did.
-By understanding those truths, you will enjoy the perfection of the unity of multiplicity.
-Surely, those who remain in evils are in the distress of the hell of ignorance.
-There is no relief for those in that state and they are in despair.
-We are not the wrongdoers to them, but they ruin themselves.
-They call: O Owner of the truth! We did not understand the decrees of our Lord over us. It isconveyed to them: You sought that state.
-Indeed, We have presented you with the truth. But most of you have found the truth disgusting.
-Or do they take ownership of the functioning? But, the functioning of all existence belongs to Us.
-Or do they claim that We did not hear the hidden truths mentioned and the private conversationsmade to them? On the contrary, Our Messengers made them write the truths in their minds.
-Say: He is the One who encompasses all things with His light and gives them existence. I havebeen His servant from the beginning.
-Say: He is the Most Glorious, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of all things, He isbeyond description.
-Leave those who are engaged in vain things and those who play, even until the promised time ofdeath comes.
-He is the One who owns the power in the heavens and the power on the earth, the One who hasdominion over all things, the One who owns wisdom.
-He is the Almighty in His essence, to Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth andthat which is in them, and with Him is the wisdom of the time, and to Him you shall be returned.
-What they turn to, instead of Him, according to their own assumptions, has no power to intercede.Only those who see and seek wisdom will intercede, and they are the ones who know.
-If you ask them who created them, they will surely say Allah. How can they be heedless?
-So, even if someone in that state says, “O my Lord,” do not believe them.
-So, stay away from those in that state, and leave them with greetings. Perhaps they will soon know.
