1-Elif, Lâm, Mîm
2-Every being is a book with its evidence. It belongs to the One who rules over all beings.
3-Every being is a guide to the truth. It is a mercy for those who are sincerely attached to the Truth.
4-Those who act with the consciousness of devotion to the Truth at every moment and are inpurification and share what is in them and they believe in their end.
5-They are on the straight path of the One who created them and they are the ones who haveunderstood the Essence.
6-There are some people who take as their interlocutors those who talk in vain. They stray from thepath of Allah into their own ignorance without any knowledge and they cling to disregarding thetruths. They are deprived of the truths and remain in distress.
7-When Our verses are read to them, they turn away arrogantly and pretend not to hear, as if their earsare deaf. So, inform those who are in that state of the painful distress.
8-Surely, those who believe and work on the right path are in the presence of understanding that allmanifestations belong to Allah.
9-They are always in that state. The promise of Allah is true. He is the supreme Owner of all values,the One who rules over all beings.
10-You see that the heavens were created without pillars and the earth was spread out and arranged,that you were created in a balance so that you could move steadily, that all kinds of animals werecreated on the earth and that the water We sent from the sky, with which all kinds of plants and noblespecies emerged.
11-This creation is from Allah. Show me who created other than Him! Rather, the wrongdoersabandon the truths and go astray into their own manifest ignorance.
12-Indeed, Luqman was upon the wisdom We have presented. He was of those who knew that theOwner of his being is Allah and submitted. Whoever knows the Owner of his being and submits, heknows himself and submits. But, whoever ignores the truths, he is not in submission. Indeed, theOwner of all beings, the Owner of all qualities is Allah.
13-And Luqman advised his son, saying: O my son, do not attribute to yourself the qualities thatbelong to Allah, and do not associate others with Him. Indeed, associating others with Him is a greatinjustice to yourself.
14-We have commanded man to be good to his parents. His mother carried him in her womb in allconditions and places. She nursed him until he was weaned for two years. Be grateful to your parents.To Me is your return.
15-If they dispute with you about associating others with you, without knowledge, then do not followthose who are in such a state. Be with those who are in good states in their lives. Follow the path oftruth with those who turn to Me. Then, turn to Me, your Source, so that the truth will be made knownto you at every moment of what you do.
16-Luqman said to his son: O my son! Whatever is in the heavens or on earth or in a rock, whether itis the size of a mustard seed or smaller, comes from Allah. Indeed, Allah is the One who informs youof all truths in detail.
17-O my son! Be conscious of your devotion to the Truth at all times. Be aware of the truths and donot deny them. When something hits you, be patient. So, be determined to understand the mechanism.
18-Do not frown at people, and do not walk on the earth with arrogance. Indeed, not all who arearrogant and boastful have love for Allah.
19-Walk humbly. Do not raise your voice, indeed it is not right to raise your voice and drown outother voices.
20-Do you not see that Allah is the Owner of everything that is in the heavens and everything that ison the earth. It is He who bestows blessings upon you within and without.
21-Among the people are those who argue without knowledge of Allah, without guidance, and withoutunderstanding the book of existence that sheds light. When it is said to them, “Follow what Allah hasrevealed,” they say, “We will follow what we found from our fathers. Even if they follow satanic waysand remain in the ignorance of othering?”
22-Whoever turns his face to Allah with all his being and submits, he will grasp the truth that allcycles are tied to each other, everything is tied with a strong relationship and all functioning belongs toAllah.
23-Let not the disbelief of those who ignore and cover up the truths grieve you. We are their sourceand this truth is constantly informed to them through their efforts. Surely, Allah is the Owner ofwisdom, the Owner of Hearts.
24-Those who seek their own interests cannot understand Us, even a little. Then, they are subjected tosevere hardships because, they cannot understand Us.
25-And if you ask them, who created the heavens and the earth? They will surely say, Allah. Say,Allah is the Owner of all attributes, but most of them do not know.
26-To Allah belongs everything in the heavens and the earth. Surely, Allah is the Owner of allexistence, the Owner of all attributes.
27-If all the trees on earth were pens and the seas were ink and seven more seas were added to it, thewisdom of Allah would not be exhausted by writing. Indeed, Allah is the Supreme Owner of all things,the One who rules over all things.
28-You were not created from anything but a single soul, nor were you created. Indeed, Allah is theHearer, the Seeer.
29-Do you not see? Allah joins the night into the day and the day into the night. The sun and the moonall pass away for a set time. Indeed, Allah makes known the truth of what you do at every moment.
30-That is Allah, the Truth, and do not turn to superstition for the sake of His truths. Indeed, Allah isthe Almighty in His will.
31-Do you not see that what is in the heavens flows away forever? He shows you His signs at everymoment. Those who understand the blessings of Allah are wise. Everything in this world is a sign forthose who are patient and who submit to the Lord of existence.
32-When the tides of ignorance envelop them, let them turn to Allah with sincerity, and let them knowthat the laws of existence belong to Him. Thus, when they understand the truth, they will recognize Usand find salvation. After this, let them not waste their time. None denies Our signs except those whoignore the truths and the unjust.
33-O people! Beware of evil to Him who created you, and do not associate partners with Him. Berespectful at all times. Fathers should not leave their children without a reward from the truth, and lethim understand the reward of what his father has offered, and he should not be deprived of theperception of birth. Surely, the revealed things are the truths of Allah. Let not the life of this worlddeceive you, and never be egoistic towards Allah.
34-Surely, the wisdom of time belongs to Allah. The falling of the rain and the formation of what is inthe wombs are by His will. A person does not know what he will earn tomorrow, and a person doesnot know where on earth he will die. Surely, Allah is the One who reveals the truth with His wisdom.
