1-Elif, Lâm, Mîm, Râ. This universe is a book with all its signs. The realities presented to you from allexistence are the realities of the One who created you. But most people do not know the realities.

2-Allah is He who raised the heavens without pillars, as you see. Then He exists everywhere with Hisglory. He regulates the sun and the moon, all of them flowing for a certain period. He manages thefunctioning of all existence. He shows the realities in detail with His signs. It is hoped that you wouldunderstand the One who created you and that you will be on Tawhid (unity).

3-He is the One who spread out the earth, created mountains and rivers in it, created therein differentkinds of species, male and female, brought forth crops, and established the night and the day. Surely,in these are signs for those who reflect.

4- Side by side are gardens of grapes, corn, dates, and gardens that are similar and dissimilar. All arewatered with the same water. Some of them have different values in terms of nourishment than others.Surely, there are signs in them for those who use their mind.

5-If it is confusion, they are in confusion with their words. They say, “Will we be created in a newcreation after we are dust?” They are the ones who disregard the realities of the One who created them,and they are the ones who cling to their own ignorance, and they are the ones who are in destructivestates, and they are always acting in those states.

6-Those who are in that state are hasty in asking you for evil instead of asking you for good things.Those who passed away before them had hardships. Surely, your Lord is Forgiving to the oppressed,and surely, your Lord forgives those who are in difficult straits.

7-Those who disregard the realities and say, “If only there was a sign from your Lord upon him.”Surely, you are a revealer of the realities, a warner, and a guide for all communities.

8-Allah is the Owner of wisdom of what all females carry. The gestation periods in the wombs ofliving beings are short for some and long for others, and everything is in due measure with Him.

9-He has wisdom of all things, seen and unseen. He is the Sublime with His attributes, the Sublimewith His infinite wisdom.

10-Some of you conceal words and some speak them openly. Some act in heedlessness withoutknowing the truths and some seek the truths and advance in enlightenment.

11-Those who look to understand the power that is before them and behind them, and who understandthat the functioning belongs to Allah, will be protected by the truths. Surely, if a people do not changein understanding the truths of Allah, and they do not improve themselves with these truths and do notknow that the will belongs to Allah, they will be the people who do evil. After that, they will havenothing to do with good, and they will not understand His friendship.

12-He is the One who shows you amazing things and gives you hope and creates and carries the heavyclouds.

13-All sounds are His praise. He is the Owner of all the qualities in existence and all the powersdepend on Him. Thus, whoever seeks to understand Him, he will be presented with truths faster thanlightning, and they are those who strive to understand Allah, who hold all existence tightly, who knowthat He is the power in all existence.

14-His invitation is to the truths. Do not respond to those who abandon Him and turn to things basedon conjecture, seeking something from the truths. Their example is like the one who waits for water tocome to his mouth. They will not understand those truths. Those who ignore the truths turn to nothingbut deviation from the truths.

15-Whatever is in the heavens and the earth, whether they like it or not, and including their shadows,prostrate themselves to Allah without ceasing, morning and evening.

16-Say: Who is it that has created the heavens and the earth? Say: Allah. Say: Do you take asprotectors other than Him, following in conjecture that has no power of its own, nor any benefit orprotection? Say: Can the blind and the seeing be equal? Or can the one who walks in the darkness ofignorance be equal to the one who walks in the light of truths? Or have those whom they associatewith Allah created something like He has created, or something similar to their own creation? Say:Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is One, and His is the dominion over all things.

17-We have presented wisdom in a sublime manner, so that they may seek by following a path tounderstand the realities by its measure. But those who consider themselves to be sublime, go on withvain talk. There is a burning desire upon them, a fire within them, they desire adornment, or they seektheir own gain through vain talk and such. Thus, Allah emphasizes the truths and vain things. Thus,those who are in vain talk are lost in corruption. But those who seek what is beneficial to mankind willabide in the earth. Thus, Allah emphasizes the truths through parables.

18-There are good things for those who respond to the One who created them. Those who do notrespond to Him, even if all that is on earth were theirs, would ask for the like of it. They are the oneswho do not respond to the truth and are not saved. They are in a bad reckoning. Their state is the hellof ignorance, and how evil is their state.

19-Is the one who finds in himself the truths presented by his Lord, understands them and knowsthem, like the one who cannot understand or see them? Only those who use their minds on the truthunderstand the truths and look at this world in that state.

20-Those are the ones who fulfill the promise they made with Allah and do not break their promise.

21-Those people understand the functioning of existence, and by understanding it, they understandAllah. They respect the One who created them and they avoid evil thoughts.

22-Those people desire to tell the truths of the One who created them, they are patient and they actwith the consciousness of devotion to Allah at every moment. They spend from the sustenance Wehave provided, secretly or openly. They prevent evil with good deeds. They are the ones who guardand watch over their place.

23-They are in the peace of submission to the Owner of all manifestations. Their ancestors were alsopurified people. And those who were on the same path with them and their descendants, and all ofthem have passed through the gates of truth and have joined the Owner of Power.

24-You will attain salvation because of your patience. After that, guard and watch over your placewell.

25-Those who break their promises to Allah after making a promise, turn away from understanding thefunctioning of Allah in all of existence and become corrupters on earth. They turn away from mercyand are in evil in their places.

26-Allah is the One Who spreads out the entire universe with His attributes. For those who wish, thereis access to the truths and understanding that He is the Determiner of existence. But those who seekhappiness in the interests of this worldly life, for them, the life of this world is nothing but a pursuit ofgain until the end.

27-Those who ignore the truths and conceal them say: “If only there was a sign from his Lord uponhim?” Say: “Surely, whoever wills, he will go astray, leaving the truths of Allah, and whoever wills hewill turn to Him and find the way to Him.”

28-Those who turn to Him believe and their hearts will find peace in the remembrance of Allah. Andindeed, hearts will find peace only in the remembrance of Allah.

29-Those who believe and work in the right path, they are always after good things and they followthe path of goodness and beauty.

30-Here you are; to explain our truths to those who followed the path of their forefathers before them.Explain to them the truths you have reached, and they ignore the One who governs all creation. Say:He is the One who created me, there is no God but He. I have surrendered to Him and I haveunderstood that He is the Owner of all creation and that I am always dependent on Him.

31-If the things that are recited were words that move mountains or dig through the earth or make thedead speak? On the contrary, is not understanding that the functioning of all creation belongs to Allaha relief from helplessness? If the believers were willing to tell about Allah, all people would surelyfind a way to Him. Those who ignore the truths and conceal them will not lose great troubles fromthem because of what they do. They even cause trouble to their relatives wherever they are. Theyremain in this state until they understand the words of Allah. Surely, Allah has no successor, His timeis endless.

32-Indeed, they ridiculed those who showed the truth before you. Those who ignored the truths hadtime to understand the truths, but they clung to their ignorance and could not understand Us. So, theircondition was to remain in difficulty.

33-Is not He who sustains all bodies, the Living One, the Owner of what you have earned? They takepartners against Allah. Say, “They are poison to you. Can they inform you about what you do notknow on earth? Or can they speak a clear word? On the contrary, those who disbelieve and disbelieveare selfish and arrogant, they are in wicked ways and have turned away from the path of truth. Andwhoever strays from the truths of Allah, there is no guide for him.

34-Their life is hard, and the hardships at the end are harder, and they will not understand theprotection of Allah.

35-The peace promised to those who guard against evil and do not associate partners with Allah isthis: They are in a state of wisdom, they always benefit from that wisdom. The end of those who guardagainst evil and do not associate partners is under His shade. The end of those who ignore and concealthe truths is the fire.

36-Those who understand the Book We have presented will be happy with your explanation of thetruths. Some groups deny it. Say: I only worship Allah, I follow His commands and do not associatepartners with Him, I follow His call and follow His path.

37-Here are the rules We have presented from the entire book of the universe in an understandableform. If you follow those who follow selfish desires, you will not understand the truths presented toyou, and you will not be able to understand the friendship and protection of Allah.

38-Indeed, those who told of Us before you have come out, and We have made companions for him onthe same path, and We have made him descendants from him. It is not for the Messengers to reveal asign, but Allah has authority. The term of all things is in the Book of Being.

39-The shortness of the term of some beings and the longness of others is nothing but the will ofAllah, and the main book is with Him.

40-If you had not seen Our realities, you would not have been able to explain Our realities to somepeople, or you would not have been able to explain the connection to Us. So, your duty is only toconvey the message and to explain that the subtleties of all existence belong to Us.

41-Do they not see how We have created them on earth, and how We have made them old with thosearound them? Allah is the Owner of the Decree, and none can break His Decree, and His Account isfast.

42-Those before them also sought a remedy. All remedies are in Allah. He is the Owner of the wisdomof all the ways that everyone does. Those who ignore and cover up the realities may know who theabode of eternity is.

43-Those who ignore and cover up the realities say, “You are not the one who shows the realities.”Say, “Allah is sufficent, who is present everywhere and at all times, between you and me. He whoknows the whole of existence as a book reaches the realities that belong to Him.”
