1-The Owner of all the qualities in existence is Allah, whatever is in the heavens and the earth belongsto Him. All qualities ultimately remain with Him. He informs the truths from every being at everymoment, He is the One who rules over all existence.

2-What enters the earth and what comes out of it, what descends from the sky and what ascends to it,is all with His will, and He is the One who created all existence from His essence, the One whopresents His graces purely.

3-Those who cannot see the truths and conceal them say: The time for understanding the truths willnot come to us. Say: No, the One who created all existence is certainly always informing you of thetruths. He is the One who has wisdom of all things, unseen and unknown. There is not a single particlein the heavens and the earth but is hidden from Him. There is not the smallest thing or the greatestthing but is clearly explained in the Book of Being.

4- Those who believe and work on the right path are in grace. They have attained forgiveness and theyknow the real Owner of the qualities given to them for life.

5-As for those who are unable to understand Our verses, they are in the distress of painful and badconditions.

6-You see those who are given knowledge. They know that the information you present is the truth ofyour Lord and that it guides to the Supreme Owner of the attributes of existence and all existence.

7-Those who cannot see the truth and conceal it say: Shall we show you a person who tries to separateyou from what you know and tells you that when you pass from your existence and reach nonexistence,you will certainly be in a new creation?

8-And they say: Does he slander against Allah and deny what we know, or is there madness in him?On the contrary, those people are in difficulty, but they do not believe and they turn away from thetruth and are in their own ignorance.

9-Do they not see? What is before them and what is behind them, what is in the heavens and what ison the earth, the creation of a new birth on earth at every moment, or their aging and passing away, thefullness in the heavens… Indeed, in these are signs for servants who turn to the truth.

10-Indeed, David was one of those who understood that all the blessings We bestowed belonged to Us.O you who consider yourself to be in greatness! Return to Me with him, We informed him. Herecognized the birds and worked iron with the art We bestowed.

11-Understand the perfection of the functioning in existence and the measure, and work in the rightpath. Surely, I show you the truths at every moment from what you do.

12-Solomon also understood the Owner of the voice in every existence. He understood that everythingthat comes into being comes from Him and everything that comes into being goes to Him. Heunderstood that he was a drop from Us, that everything flows from a source. He understood whomoves the unknown, and that the power that moves his hands is always in the authority of his Lord.Those who deviate from understanding the truth of Our functioning in them remain in the trouble ofmarginalization.

13-Those who do not understand the truth have made things and idols in which they seek refuge. Howwill they respond to the functioning of their eyelids? The functioning of every being is Hisunchangeable decree. David was one of those who knew the Owner of all the blessings with him andsubmitted to them. But those who know that He is Our servant and acknowledge the Owner of all theblessings with them and submit to them are very few.

14-If they understood Our decree, which is in all things, they would not have deviated from the truthsand would not be in ignorance. Those who are ignorant are only like creatures walking on the earth. Ifthey were of those who know the realities of the unseen, the unknown, they would have relied on themand benefited from them. They would have known the unknown and submitted to the clear realities.So, they would not be in a humiliating punishment.

15-And it was said to the people of Saba, “See the signs in the places where you are.” They hadgardens on the right and on the left and in every place. It was said, “Take advantage of the blessings ofyour Lord and be thankful to Him in your beautiful cities and know that your Lord purifies Hisbounties.”

16-But they turned away from the truths and refused to see the values We had presented to them anddid not know that the change of the gardens was Our manifestations. They remained in their gardenswith their arrogance, gluttony, and possessiveness, and they did not attain wisdom and were notinterested in the truths, even a little.

17-They were the ones who ignored and concealed the truths, so they did not understand Us in return.Indeed, the reward of those who ignored and concealed the truths is that they did not understand Us.

18-And We made their surroundings abundantly blessed and We arranged them and everything aroundthem in a way that showed the truths. So, We informed them, “O Muhammad! Look at what We havecreated therein with a measure and understand it, and seek the truths by night and day until you arecertain.”

19-But they said, “O our Lord! Keep us away from wandering about in the truth. They have ruinedtheir own souls. We have arranged them so that they may converse. But they all became scattered, andthey did not understand Us, and they dispersed. Surely, in these are signs for all who are patient andwho surrender the blessings they have been given to the rightful Owner.

20-Indeed, We have informed them to hold fast to the truths. But, they remained in their assumptions,they saw the form of the existence and did not see its nature, so they followed those forms, except thegroup of believers.

21-The effect of remaining in the forms is not on those who know Us and believe until the lastmoment. Those who are in doubt about those truths are under that influence. Your Lord is the Keeperof all things.

22-Say: Call upon those whom you have taken as deities besides Allah. They have no power to createan atom in the heavens or the earth, nor are they their partners, nor will they help them.

23-It is of no use to seek intercession from them. When fear strikes their hearts, they go only to thosewho are authorized and say: What can we say? They say: Understand Him who created you, and be onthe truth, and understand that He is the Almighty in wisdom.

24-Say: Who has adorned the heavens and the earth and you with their attributes? Say: Allah, andindeed He guides us and guides you. Otherwise, we would be in clear error.25-Narrate: You are not responsible for our faults, nor are we responsible for what you do.

26-Narrate: Our Lord is the One who keeps us together. Then, He is the one who reveals the truthswithin us and reveals all of existence, He is the Owner of wisdom.

27-Narrate: Show me something that your partners have brought forth. No! On the contrary, Allah isHe; the Exalted Owner of all that is in existence, the One who has dominion over all that is.

28-You have not revealed yourself except to tell all people about Us, to give them hope, and to makeclear the truths and to warn them. But most people do not know.

29-They say: When will this promise be, if you are truthful?

30-Say: You cannot delay the appointed time, nor can you bring it forward by an hour.31-Those who disbelieve and deny the truths say: We will never believe in these recitations. And youwill see that the wrongdoers are imprisoned in their own wrongdoings, and they do not see the powerthat moves their hands, and they turn away from the truths of your Lord. Some of them speak words toothers, saying: We have been influenced by the arrogant. If it were not for you, we would surely havebeen believers.

32- Those who are arrogant and proud will say to those who are under their influence: Did we preventyou when a guide came? On the contrary, you remained in evil.

33- Those who are under their influence will say to those who are arrogant and proud: On the contrary,you commanded us to disregard Allah day and night with trickery and to make Him equals. All thosewho are in such states, when they see a trouble, remain in remorse. Those who fail to understand Ourorder and disregard the truth have the clamps of ignorance around their necks. They will only berecompensed for what they have done.

34- Let no warner appear in a town to tell about Us, lest its inhabitants say: We do not recognize whatyou tell them.

35- And they will say: Our wealth and children are abundant, and we will not remain in trouble.

36-Say: Surely, our Lord is the One who spreads out the whole universe with His attributes. For thosewho ask, there is access to the truths and understanding of His decree in existence. But most people donot know.

37-It is not your children or your wealth that will bring you closer to the stations with Us, except forthose who believe and work rightly. For them there will be a multiplied reward for what they havedone, and they will be secure in the truths of the sublime stations.

38-Those who fail to understand Our signs in all of existence, they will be in distress.

39-Say: Surely, our Lord is the One who spreads out the whole universe with His attributes. For thoseof His servants who ask, there is access to the truths and understanding of His decree in existence. Youwill see His reward after what you spend. He is the Provider of the best.

40-It is He who keeps them together in unity. Then, it will be said to those who think they arepowerful: Are these the things you worship?

41-They say: You are free from imperfect attributes. It is not they, but You are our Friend. Rather,they became worshippers of that which they do not know, and most of them believe in them.

42-Some of you guided others to that which has no power over anything, neither benefit nor harm. Itwill be said to the wrongdoers: You will be in the punishment of the fire, because you denied thetruths.

43-When Our clear verses are recited to them, they say: This is what he wants, to prevent us fromwhat our fathers used to worship. They say: This is a lie and nothing but fabrication. Those whodisregard the truths say to those who come to them to explain the truths: This is nothing but a cleardeception.

44-They were told in the Book of Being: We have given them nothing but the truth to learn andinvestigate, and those who explained Our truths and warned them before you have given them nothingbut the truth.

45-Those before them denied the truths and could not reach even a little of what We had presented tothem. They denied those who showed them the truths. So, what was their state because they did notknow the truths?

46-Say: I am only a narrator of the Tawhid, sometimes to one person, sometimes to many people. I ama conveyer of the truths so that you may think deeply and reach the truths, and realize Allah and wakeup. There is no madness in your companion. He is only a warner so that you will not be in trouble inthe future.

47-Say: I do not ask you for any reward. That reward is yours. My reward is only from Allah, who ispresent everywhere.

48-Say: He who created me is the One who created the unseen and the unknown with His wisdom, theOwner of manifestations.

49-Say: I present the truths and I do not set forth falsehoods and I do not bring back old falsehoods.

50-Say: If I go beyond the truths, then I have denied myself, and if I have attained the truths, it isbecause of my Lord, who has informed me of everything. Surely, He is the Hearer, the Closer.

51-If you see someone who is panicking and has no escape, he will immediately draw near and seekrefuge where he is.

52-Then, those will say: We believe in Him. How can they say this when they are so far fromunderstanding Us?

53-They have been among those who have disregarded the truths since before and have movedthemselves away from them, and have taken a stand against the truths that they do not know.

54-They have believed in lies among themselves. They have not desired to understand the truthsbecause of what they have done before. In fact, they were filled with doubts and found the truthalarming.
